At IERD, we work with organizations on practical assignments that ensure that coaches transfer their skills to the organization’s employees enhancing their potential to perform better and be more productive. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the employees are able to perform the tasks by themselves or with minimum support.
This approach has great potential in increasing job satisfaction, enhancement of employee’s skill level and professional development, enhancement of skill in problem analysis and strategic thinking as well as developing self-esteem
For the Organization, it will ensure higher employee retention, more skilled and well-performing employees and full utilization of human resources.

- We understand that the workplace is the best place where coaching and mentorship takes place so we work with M&E practitioners at their workplace and within their projects through our Smart Monitoring and Evaluation (SmartM&E) programme
